This 24 Hours With No Phone Challenge - It Got WILD! ????
Okay, so I decided to give this whole "24 Hours With No Phone" challenge a whirl. BIG MISTAKE?! Not really, but it was definitely crazy. First off, locating the motivation to actually put my phone away was tougher than expected! But once I did, things got totally unexpected.
I spent way too much time just looking out the window. Like, seriously, clouds became incredibly entertaining. I even began to talk with a squirrel. Don't judge. It was weird out there without my phone for company!
The craziest part? My brain felt like it was working on hyper. I had these wild concepts popping up left and right.
By the end of the day, I felt refreshed - but also kind of confused without my phone's constant buzzes. I think I need to find a better balance between real life and the digital world.
For now, though, I'm glad I tried it! Who knows what other shenanigans await me next time I go phone-free?
